Wild at Heart started working with 8th Dial at a critical stage for business during the pandemic, when the company's operations were entirely dependent on ecommerce. The Shopify site had a host of functionality issues that 8th Dial efficiently and quickly worked through, including implementing a highly customised checkout rebuild that doubled the site conversion rate overnight. 

Since, 8th Dial have effectively operated as extended members of the marketing and ecommerce team, introducing further site builds including a subscription model, click & collect and a wreath builder for the festive season, alongside managing the brand's paid social.

Working with the team is always a pleasure, they're efficient, personable and lots of fun! They're also incredibly fast to respond which all Ecommerce Manager's will tell you, is a godsend when your site is presenting a technical issue that is impacting the customer journey and overall conversions. I wouldn't hesitate to work with 8th Dial again in future roles I assume within digital and ecommerce.
