The brief

Wild at Heart is a celebrated luxury florist, renowned for their opulent and creative hand-tied arrangements. They work with both individual and corporate clients to craft bespoke, long-lasting floral designs. They approached us during a critical stage for their business, with operations heavily reliant on eCommerce due to the pandemic. Their Shopify site faced functionality challenges that were limiting growth and the customer experience.

What we did

We worked with Wild at Heart on an ongoing basis, supporting them with a full website rebuild, technical updates, and feature enhancements such as subscriptions, a unique wreath builder, click & collect, and organised delivery calendars. We also implemented a highly customised checkout that doubled the site conversion rate. During our collaboration, we acted as an extension of their marketing and eCommerce team, managing paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram while rolling out seasonal and subscription-based site features.
