The brief

Simply Jaspers, creators of premium, natural pet food, wanted a website that was easy to use and truly reflected the care and quality behind their products. They wanted a digital presence that showcased their unique brand identity, highlighted their expertise, and engaged customers more effectively.

With grain-free, hypoallergenic recipes at the heart of their offering, Simply Jaspers needed a modern, intuitive site that simplified browsing, encouraged subscriptions, increased sales, and reinforced their values as a small, independent brand committed to pets’ wellbeing.


The approach

At 8th Dial, we partnered closely with the Simply Jaspers team to deliver a full website upgrade that balanced premium design, functionality, and ease of use. Using a Shopify theme as the foundation, we built custom theme blocks with a page builder, giving the team flexibility to manage content and design independently.
We redesigned product pages to showcase ingredients, reviews, and an interactive feeding guide, reimagined the subscription section for clarity, and streamlined checkout to reduce friction. The website also brought Simply Jaspers’ story to life, emphasising their journey on the Isle of Wight and their commitment to pets’ wellbeing.
Beyond the initial launch, we now manage their website on an ongoing basis, keeping it optimised and up to date. We also oversee all their social media, ensuring a consistent, engaging brand experience across channels. To further enhance the customer journey, we have introduced loyalty and affiliate programmes, along with dedicated landing pages for subscriptions and trial packs, driving engagement and supporting conversions at every stage.

The results

Within 3 months of launch vs the previous year, the upgraded website has significantly enhanced both the user experience and business performance. Customers now enjoy more intuitive browsing, clearer product information, and a streamlined subscription and checkout process.

The refreshed site reinforces Simply Jaspers’ premium positioning while telling their story and showcasing product quality. Together with ongoing website management and social media activity, it creates a cohesive, engaging brand experience that drives lasting growth.

The results speak for themselves: total sales are up 67%, returning customer rate has increased 43%, sessions have nearly doubled (99% increase), add-to-cart rate is up 54%, average engagement time has grown 12.2%, and tracked website events are 36% higher.
